The Frankfort Preservation Foundation’s newest project, a beautiful clock tower with memorial plaque base, was dedicated and gifted to the Village of Frankfort by the Foundation. The clock was installed in late November 2015 just south of Old Plank Trail at White Street in downtown Frankfort. Its firs honorees are Paul and Vicki Lambrecht, who were both instrumental in strengthening, promoting and preserving the Frankfort community for decades while residents here. The Lambrechts were also key members of the grass roots effort to preserve the Frankfort Water Tower, which led to the creation of the Frankfort Preservation Foundation (FPF) in 1993. Funds for the clock were raised from donations, including a generous contribution from the Lambrecht family. In addition, monies were contributed through the efforts of the FPF board and community volunteers who have worked the FPF food booth at the Frankfort Fall Festival over the last five years. The Frankfort Preservation Foundation thanks the Chamber of Commerce for offering community groups like FPF the opportunity to have a booth and help make it possible to fund projects like the memorial  clock tower.

Sign up for a quick guide on how to eliminate extra sugars throughout your day.

I received my training from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where I studied a variety of dietary theories and practical lifestyle coaching methods. With my knowledge, we co-create completely personalized actions based on your goals to move you toward your ideal vision of health within your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and resources.

As a coach, I put the power back in YOUR hands. I practice a holistic approach to health and wellness, which means that I look at how all areas of your life are connected. Does stress at your job or in your relationship cause you to overeat? Does lack of sleep or low energy prevent you from exercising? As we work together, we will look at how all parts of your life affect your health as a whole.

My approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, I work with my clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible fun and rewarding.

Together we’ll work to reach your health goals in areas such as achieving optimal weight, reducing food cravings, increasing sleep, and maximizing energy. As we work together, you’ll develop a deeper understanding of the food and lifestyle choices that work best for you and implement lasting changes that will improve your energy, balance and health.
