Web.com - Frankfort Chamber Business Spotlight February 2018

Hi, I’m Mary Olson, a Digital Media Consultant with Web.com. My family and I feel very fortunate to be living in Frankfort. I am especially grateful to be a part of this Chamber. Since 1997 Web.com has been located in Jacksonville Fl with local offices throughout the country. My office is in Oak Brook, although my office generally has four wheels and I works primarily in Frankfort and surrounding areas.

What I like most about Web.com is the commitment to my clients. There are no contracts. Our campaigns perform or our clients don’t pay. Our local campaigns average a 94% retention rate. Being an award winner Premier Google Partner is also a huge asset and helps keep our clients stay ahead of the curve.

Digital Marketing is really a lot of FUN, or can be. I enjoy helping businesses use the internet to get found and get their phone ringing. I heard someplace that you should want to do your job everyday even if you don’t get paid. I would. For every business I sit down with there are usually at least 10 things they can do on their own to get better results that are free and I always share what they can do.

It also never gets old seeing clients faces when they get their first new customers the very first week. In this day and age, there are so many companies claiming to be able to get results that fall short, I think my clients are genuinely pleasantly surprised that our campaigns produced the leads we said they would.

Consultations are always free and no obligation. I can also email a Customized Free Web Presence Report to any Chamber business. It’s an in depth look from the analysts at Web.com. See how your business measures up. It’s free.
My cell is 708.400.1231 and my email is Mary.Olson@web.com

Cantrell Property Group - Frankfort Chamber Business Spotlight February 2018

Cantrell Property Group started with a simple question. “If I was selling or buying a home, how would I want to be treated?” The answers that followed, and continue to evolve today, form the driving force and operating principles of Cantrell Property Group.

Julie Cantrell, owner and founder of Cantrell Property Group understands a home – whether you are buying or selling - is one of life’s most important financial decisions. Likewise, choosing the real estate professional to assist you in the process is significant.

What do you want? Someone with an innate knowledge of the real estate market and the ability to objectively assess a home’s value and potential is critical. But that is not enough. It is just as important that your real estate professional understands how to transform that information into marketing and pricing strategies to secure maximum market visibility.
You want someone who gets the job done.
Cantrell Property Group brings more than expertise to the home buying process, Julie delivers accepted offers.

But it is not just about getting the job done. It is also about how the job gets done. Fueling Cantrell Property Group’s success and growth is a steadfast commitment to communication, transparency and customer service. Julie refuses to apply a cookie-cutter approach to the buying and selling process because she knows each sale is as unique as are the buyers and sellers behind it. Straight talk, honest discussion and individualized attention are the hallmarks of the Cantrell Property Group experience – an experience that makes each buyer or seller feel at home every step of the way.

For more information on the difference a Cantrell Property Group experience can make when buying or selling your home, call 815-274-3482.
