Barre It All LLC

Frankfort, IL 60423
(872) 256-1397
Barre It All LLC - Frankfort Chamber Business Spotlight January 2018

Barre It All Fitness, located at 7950 Lincoln Highway, opened its doors to the Frankfort community in August 2017. Barre it All Fitness is a small boutique fitness studio for women offering a variety of cardio, strength, and yoga classes.

All cardio workouts are centered around the HIIT method (high intensity interval training, which is the fastest way to burn fat in trouble areas), while strength workouts are centered around barre and a metabolic effect method that focuses on rest based training (RBT). Barre movements use high reps and low weight to elongate and strengthen muscles. RBT, used in the signature Metabolic Effect class, gives opportunity to build overall muscle mass.

Barre It All believes that fitness shouldn’t cost an arm and a leg and is committed to keeping unlimited monthly memberships affordable. Not into commitment? Class packages that never expire are available.

Barre It All strongly believes that you shouldn’t need three gym memberships. You can get your cardio, strength, and yoga on under one roof. Class offerings include: Barre, HIIT, Barre-oxing (cardio kickboxing with a barre twist) Bootcamp,  Tabata, S.W.A.G (Zumba HIIT
moves with a barre twist), yoga sculpt, vinyasa yoga, and Metabolic Effect. New classes that are currently being added are E.M.O.M. (An
opportunity to max out every muscle in just 20 min) and HIIT and Flow (30 min of HIIT, 15 min of strength, and 15 min of stretching.)

Barre It All is about empowering women and pushing clients to be the best versions of themselves. Ready to see what Barre It All can do for you? Try our new client special: two months of unlimited classes for $100!

CPW Truck Stuff

Back Door
Tinley Park, IL 60487
(815) 469-1300
CPW Truck Stuff - Frankfort Chamber Business Spotlight January 2018

At CPW Truck Stuff, we provide expert advice and installation on equipment and accessories for all vehicles, with a particular emphasis on customizing trucks, Jeeps, and SUV’s. Some of our most popular services include Jeep customization, lift kits, tonneau covers, running boards, bed liners, truck toppers, and camper shells. Our shop is located in Tinley Park on 191st Street across from Brookside Marketplace.

We have been doing truck accessories since 2013; however, we’ve been working on trucks for the snow removal industry for over 30 years, installing plows and spreaders for snow contractors, municipalities and even homeowners. In an attempt to go from a seasonal company to a year-round operation, we expanded the truck accessories side of our business in the spring of 2017, and we haven’t looked back.

Success at CPW comes from a strong work ethic and a commitment to provide the best possible experience for our customers. Honestly, the reactions we get when customers see their new rides still excites us. Easily our most endearing quality is our employees. We work hard, but we have fun doing it.

You can connect with us on social media: Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat and YouTube. We also host our Truck & Jeep Cruise Nights
so be on the lookout for the summer 2018 dates!

With one of the largest offroading shops in Illinois and some of the most competitive labor rates in Chicagoland, you can rest assured that we will have your vehicle done quickly without breaking the bank. We treat all of our customers with respect, no matter if they
are spending $100 or $10,000.

Home Again Community Management - Frankfort Chamber Business Spotlight January 2018

Home Again Community Management is a family owned, boutique Management Company in Frankfort that focuses on personal attention, technology, communication, and making your community feel like a home again.

From management services that include catering to individual community needs, providing an internet portal for homeowners to
access all of their account needs, and providing the personal attention that is sometimes forgotten in Association Management, Home
Again Community Management believes that personal care and effective communication are the key to having a successful community.

We understand that being on an association board is sometimes a thankless task—not to mention unpaid! So we strive to take the
burden off of the boards and help make each community run amicably.

We manage single family, condo and townhome associations. We have been servicing the community since 2015 and our president,

friendly staff is always eager to help and our number one goal is to foster a relationship of support and community building. We are a small company with a large foot print!
